Hammer and Chisel Week 1 Meal Plans

This week I started Hammer and Chisel, along with my challengers and my husband. We have a cruise in 66 days (but who's counting?? Ha!) so we decided to follow the meal plan to a 'T'. This has been interesting because I plan for myself, which is plan A in the H&C plan, and Sean is following plan E, which is basically double the food, besides the blue, and orange containers.

I made this first meal plan up and it has worked pretty well, except Sean cannot eat DOUBLE all the food I put on there each meal, so he's been adding another meal at about 8:30pm to finish up his containers.

I haven't been too hungry at all, and if I am at night, I've tried to just have a serving of veggies or my nighttime Perfomance Recharge.

I also have two plans made, one for Shakeology as a snack, and one as lunch. I also do not add anything into my Chocolate Vegan Shakeology, because I feel like it is great as it is and why waste containers when I do not need to. If I wanted, I could add half a banana, or use my tsp with peanut butter. Sean does add somethings to his and he has been tracking that, and it has helped him get some additional containers into his day.

Overall, it has been great so far! We have learned a few things. Sean eat almost no veggies each day. I eat a lot more protein. We each need to work on getting our fruit in, and watching our healthy fats. I'm looking forward to making week 2 meal plan!
