Yesterday was the release of the all new Beachbody program, The Master's Hammer and Chisel. I personally cannot wait to do this program- it is a game changer when it comes to building muscle, toning and scupting. I have been doing Body Beast was Sagi for few months now, and LOVE him as a trainer, and Autumn is an expert on nutrtion and body definition. I am going to be finishing my second round of Insanity Max 30 this month, then starting Hammer and Chisel on Monday, January 4th.

I thought I'd answer all the questions you may have here, so you can easily access the info you need. I'm about to get technical, but here you go! Yes, you will need equipment, but please remember this is an investment into your home gym! If you went to a gym you'd be paying for a membership, and they get to keep all the equipment. Having a gym at home saves time, money, and allows you the flexability of getting your workouts done whenever you want. It is the best thing we have done in our home, is setting up a gym that works for us. And, if you want results, you need weights!
